"Paid the way I wanted"
Checkout was simple. Like, no fuss. I had a few payment options, picked the one that worked best for me, and that was it. Super easy.

"Shipping was just okay"
I ordered from playbetter.com and, to be fair, the item did arrive in good condition, so I’m not trying to make it sound like it was a disaster or anything.

The only thing that bothered me was the shipping speed. Maybe I was expecting too much, but the tracking barely updated for a couple days, and I kept checking it because I kind of needed to know when it was coming.

Overall, it was fine. Not terrible, just slower than I would’ve liked. I’d probably order again, but only if I wasn’t in a rush

"Way easier checkout than I expected"
Checking out on playbetter.com was really easy. Compared to some other sites I’ve ordered from, there weren’t any random extra steps or confusing pages to deal with. My discount code went through right away too, which was a nice change. Overall, it was quick and smooth, no complaints here

"Helpful service, just a little slow"
I had to reach out to customer service about my order, I think it was sometime last week or maybe the week before, and they were actually helpful. They explained what was going on clearly and didn’t make me feel awkward for asking what was probably a basic question.
The only downside was that it took longer than I expected to hear back. It wasn’t awful or anything, just not exactly quick. Overall it was a decent experience, but the whole thing could’ve been a bit smoother.

"Mostly right, but one detail felt off"
I ordered a Garmin watch and a couple of small extras from playbetter.com, and my first gut reaction when the package arrived was that everything seemed fine. The watch itself was the right one and showed up in good shape, so that part was a relief.

But then I noticed one of the accessories was the wrong color from what I picked, and it just kind of rubbed me the wrong way. Customer service did get back to me, so it wasn’t a disaster, but my instinct was that the order could’ve been checked a little better before it went out. Overall, it was okay, just not quite as smooth as I hoped.
